How much progress have you made toward your goals this week? Are your health stats where you want them this month? Garmin Connect makes answering these questions a breeze with Fitness Reports. These summary emails show all the ways you moved in the past week or month. You can even share these reports with a coach, trainer, nutritionist or an accountability partner to monitor your progress and help you stay on track.
To sign up for Fitness Reports, choose your device type below and then follow the easy corresponding steps.
iOS:
- Select More Menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select Notifications.
- Select Email Notifications.
- Toggle on Allow Email Notifications and any subcategories preferred.
Android:
- Select the hamburger menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select Notifications.
- Select Email Notifications.
- Toggle on Allow Email Notifications and any subcategories preferred.
Web:
- Select Account Settings.
- Select Messages.
- Toggle on Receive Connect Emails and any subcategories preferred.
Now you’re ready to go! Your Fitness Reports will be sent to the email address you used to set up Garmin Connect.
