The 2023 IFBB Pro League Grl Pwr Championships will be held on Saturday, Apr. 29, 2023, in Orlando, FL. This competition features the Bikini division. Ashlyn Little won this show in 2021 and 2022. However, she is not in the 2023 lineup. Twenty-three pros will be in Orlando to take their opportunity of facing the fans and judges with hopes of winning this show.

    Favorites to Watch

Below are three standouts who are likely going to score favorably in the eyes of the judges.

    Romina Basualdo

If there was betting in bodybuilding, Romina Basualdo would be the odds-on favorite to take this show. Basualdo finished 10th at the 2022 Bikini Olympia, and she’s the only athlete in this lineup that was in that contest.

Basualdo is a two-time New York Pro winner (2018, 2021) and has earned eight total pro victories since turning pro in 2014. She has never won this show, but she was the runner-up to Little in 2021.

    Kathy Seitz

Ohio native Kathy Seitz placed third at the 2023 Klash Series Pro and was 10th at the 2023 Wasatch Warrior Pro. This will be her third contest of the 2023 season.

Seitz had only competed in one pro show before this season — the 2021 Janet Layug Battle of the Bodies, where she placed 16th. If she shows up to this show as she did in the Klash Series Pro, she could be a contender.

    Reijuana Harley

Reijuana Harley wasn’t in the 2022 Olympia. However, she qualified for the 2021 Bikini Olympia and finished out of the top 15. She took the 2022 season off to make improvements.

Harley turned pro at the 2018 NPC Nationals but is still looking for her first win as a pro. She has two runner-up finishes and two bronze finishes.
