Logan Paul decided to switch things up from professional wrestling to mixed martial arts.
The YouTube personality and WWE superstar recently took part in a friendly grappling session with UFC champions Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski.
To the surprise of everyone, he didn’t do too badly either as he held his own against the duo, though Adesanya and Volkanovski more than likely didn’t go all out.
Even if that was the case, Paul was still humble enough to reveal he was given a tough time.
“‘Good session’ yeah right they murdered me,” he wrote on a reposted Instagram story.

Of course, it’s not too much of a surprise that Paul was able to do relatively well, either.
After all, like his brother Jake who signed a deal with PFL, the 28-year-old has an amateur wrestling background, having qualified for the state-level Ohio High School Athletic Association Division I Wrestling Individual Championships in 2013.
He’s also hinted at competing in mixed martial arts in the past and given that aforementioned wrestling background, he’d certainly fare far better than a CM Punk for example.
However, he has mostly competed in boxing — both amateur and professional — and professional wrestling with the latter seemingly being his long-term future, especially after the recent success he’s enjoyed in the WWE.
Could we see Logan Paul in the UFC at some point?
It’s definitely not impossible and UFC president Dana White has even welcomed the possibility. But for now, we can largely expect to see him in a WWE ring rather than an Octagon.
