USC guard Isaiah Collier was arguably the most notable faller of the first round, going No. 29 overall to the Utah Jazz. While Tennessee wing Dalton Knecht also fell, he ended up in a great landing spot with the Lakers.
Time will tell if Collier is a good fit in Utah, who already have ball dominant guards in Keyontae George and Collin Sexton. From No. 1 overall prospect in the 2023 class, to a turnover-prone, injured, and ultimately not good season at USC, now to barely sneaking into the first round, it’s been a tough go for Collier. But the talent is still clearly there, and perhaps this slide will be the chip he needs to get back on track.
