July marked the start of the 2024-25 college season, and with it came a slew of finalized conference realignment moves. That included four former Pac-12 schools joining the Big Ten in UCLA, USC, Oregon, and Washington.
The Big Ten is a prominent college basketball conference, and they get even richer with the four new additions, particularly the incredible history of the UCLA basketball program and the recent success from programs like Oregon and USC who have each made deep NCAA Tournament runs in the last couple seasons.
With the transfer portal creating a massive shift in multiple rosters within the conference, not to mention the departures of superstar players like Zach Edey, Terrence Shannon, Boo Buie, and Tyler Wahl, predicting how this upcoming season will shake out in the Big Ten is an extremely difficult endeavor.
