Matt Campbell and the Iowa State Cyclones are poised to make another run at the Big 12 in 2024. Campbell, who is starting his 10th season in Ames, is looking for his second straight bowl game. The Cyclones missed a bowl game in the winter of 2022 but got to the Liberty Bowl last season.
The Cyclones are 1-4 in their last five bowl games, but the program seems to be making great strides. Iowa State is projected to finish near the top of the Big 12 standings this season.

Need to make sure they do not overlook this week 3 game. If they can grab this one, they will remain unbeaten heading into league play.
September 28 at Houston Cougars

The Cyclones get to November with just a single loss. Excitement is going to be brewing in Ames. The Cyclones get it done again, this time back at home.
November 9 at Kansas Jayhawks
NCAA Football: Texas Tech at Kansas
Prediction: Kansas 24-21
We expect this game to be a low-scoring battle. A defensive game between the Cyclones and the Jayhawks. In the end, Coach Leopold gets his Kansas bunch get back on track, and keep their Big 12 title hopes alive.
November 16 Cincinnati Bearcats

Prediction: Iowa State 38-10
The Bearcats just finishing up the season, not putting up a fight in this one.
November 23 at Utah Utes
NCAA Football: Southern Utah at Utah
Prediction: Utah 24-20
Tough one for the Cyclones. They have chances, and cannot go on the road and win a big one against the conference favorites.
November 30 Kansas State Wildcats

Prediction: Iowa State 13-12
What a game. Defensive battle. Cold weather. Big game on the line. The Cyclones come up with a massive win.
