We’re just obsessed with Brynn Whitfield.

Since her recent episode on The Skinny Confidential HIM & HER Show, we’ve fallen in love with her wit, wisdom, dating advice, take on being a reality star, and even…her grandma. LOL. Plus, she loves her Pink Balls facial massager.

If you have yet to meet Brynn, she is one of the new Real Housewives of New York. She’s known for her outspoken and glamorous lifestyle, is a badass business woman and is one of the most dynamic cast members of the reboot.

When Lauryn and Michael sat down with Brynn her she was so vulnerable and open about her failed engagements, trauma, and what she learned from her grandmother. But along with getting so real, Brynn kept things so light, funny and refreshing. We totally picked up a few words of wisdom along the way.

What We Learned From Brynn Whitfield:

♡ if he’s not texting you back, he’s not into you.

No man is too busy to text back someone he’s into. Brynn tells just the story of what drives this fact home for her, so you gotta listen for that.

♡ no one is better than you, and you’re not better than anyone else.

We can thank Brynn’s grandma for this. Instilled in her at a young age, it’s what helped Brynn radiate confident energy, even if it takes extra work some days.

♡ hold out when it comes to sex.

Brynn thinks your pussy is your power and you need to hold out for 4 months when dating. She has a whole theory about this that she explains in her episode.

♡ losing something you love can be the turning point in your life.

After the most perfect relationship ending, Brynn realized she needed to do some major inner work to understand her defence mechanisms. And it took an amazing guy leaving for her to kick start that journey.

    ♡ being single rules.

If you’re single, embrace it. Lauryn has been saying for years that if she wasn’t with Michael, she’d be single. It’s such a moment and you need to really soak it in. Brynn talks about all the benefits of being single and living on her own, and let’s just say it’s a breath of fresh air.

Be sure to check out the full episode for such fun conversation. Brynn is hilarious and her guidelines for a husband and one-liners will have you in stitches.

Have you watched the RHONY reboot yet? What do you think?
