The menu is bagels at Cassidy’s Corner Cafe.
The new shop in Eastvale’s Hamner Place sells 19 kinds of them, ranging from plain to everything and from onion to red velvet.
They go for $2 apiece or $20 for a dozen.
Cassidy’s Corner makes sandwiches with a choice of bagel. There are three breakfast sandwiches, priced $8.50-$14.85, plus build your own with the choice of protein, cheese and egg or egg whites.
There are several hot and cold lunch sandwiches at $9.25-$12.95. Choices include the Studebaker, with chicken salad, and ABC, avocado, bacon and cream cheese.
The chain was founded in Lakewood in 2014 and now has six other locations in Los Angeles County. The Eastvale shop is its first in the Inland Empire.
Beverages include brewed coffee, iced tea and coffee and bottled juices.
The address is 12548 Schleisman Road, near the Norco city limits. Hours are 6 a.m.-3 p.m. daily.
