A man died following a shooting Saturday night in Pomona.
Officers responded around 10:55 p.m. to the 2100 block of North Towne Avenue, near East La Verne Avenue, where they found a man who had been shot, according to the Pomona Police Department.
Fire crews transported the man to a hospital, where he died from his injuries. Information on his identity was not immediately available.
The investigation was ongoing. Investigators Sunday didn’t yet know the motive for the killing.
