Garmin smartwatch users can set up the LiveTrack feature in the Garmin Connect™ app and then use the feature when paired with a compatible smartphone. This keeps a real-time view of your location during a GPS activity so your loved ones can see where you are when you venture out for your next jog. If you choose to share the information with them, they’ll be able to see your current location, the duration of the activity, the distance you’ve traveled, your heart rate and more.
