The US is often a popular destination for international clubs during their offseason training. And 2023 is no different, with several big names venturing Stateside in the coming months. From LaLiga to the Premier League and beyond, here are the top soccer teams coming to the US this summer:

    MANCHESTER UNITED

The Red Devils, one of the most popular clubs in the world, return to the US with a two-game slate in July. On the 25th they’ll take on Wrexham in San Diego, then they head to Vegas on the 30th to face Borussia Dortmund.

    ARSENAL

Arsenal have a date with the MLS All-Stars in Washington, D.C. on July 19th. The Gunners will visit Audi Field, home of D.C. United, as part of the annual All-Star festivities.

    CHELSEA

The same night Arsenal are in D.C., Chelsea kick off their tour versus Wrexham in Chapel Hill, NC. They’ll then take on Brighton on July 22nd in Philly, Newcastle in Atlanta on the 26th, and Fulham in Maryland on the 30th.

    NEWCASTLE UNITED

Newcastle take part in a Premier League doubleheader in Philadelphia on July 23rd. They face Aston Villa, after Fulham vs Brentford, at Lincoln Financial Field. They then move to Atlanta to battle Chelsea on the 26th, and then back up to New Jersey on the 28th to face Brighton at Red Bull Arena.

    WREXHAM AFC

Wrexham are probably the most popular fifth (well, now fourth) division team on the planet at the moment. The documentary TV darlings and newly-promoted side have scheduled two matches against major opposition. Wednesday, July 19th they’ll face Chelsea in North Carolina, and on July 25th they head to California to clash with Manchester United in San Diego.

    FULHAM

The Cottagers have a three-match summer schedule set up. They start in Philly, taking on Brentford on July 23rd. Then it’s off to Orlando vs Aston Villa on the 26th. And they wrap things up in Landover, MD, just outside of D.C., against Chelsea on July 30th.

    ASTON VILLA

Villa are also set for a trio of games in the States. First it’s a matchup with Newcastle in Philadelphia on July 23rd, followed by Fulham in Orlando on the 26th, and finishing with Brentford in Maryland on the 30th.

    BORUSSIA DORTMUND

Dortmund just have one scheduled game as of now, but it’s a big one. They’re playing Manchester United at Allegiant Stadium, home of the NFL’s Raiders, on July 30th.

    SUNDERLAND

The Black Cats are hoping to once again be a Premier League side by the time summer rolls around. But promotion or not, they’ll be in action this July versus a trio of USL sides. On the 15th they head to Texas to take on San Antonio FC. Then it’s off to the Land of Enchantment on the 19th for a visit to New Mexico United. And finally, July 21st sees them in Cary, NC to take on North Carolina FC.

    BRIGHTON & HOVE ALBION

Brighton are among the EPL contingent making their way to the US, and they’ll play three games. They kick off versus Chelsea on July 22nd in Philly. Next it’s Brentford in Atlanta on July 26th, and the finale vs Newcastle on the 28th in New Jersey.

    BRENTFORD FC

The Bees get things going in Philadelphia vs Fulham on July 23rd, and follow that up three days later against Brighton in Atlanta. They’ll wrap up the tour on July 30th vs Aston Villa in Maryland.

Atlético Madrid, Sevilla, Real Sociedad & Real Betis

This quartet of LaLiga clubs play in San Francisco on August 5. The sides play a doubleheader at Oracle Park, home of the San Francisco Giants. Atléti face Sevilla, while Sociedad and Betis make up the second half of the twin bill.
