    2023 CrossFit North American East Semifinal Results — Emma Cary and Jeffrey Adler Victorious – Fitnessnacks

    The first of the seven 2023 CrossFit Semifinals kicked off in Orlando, FL, on May 18-21, 2023. The North American East Semifinal saw Emma Cary and Jeffrey Adler win for the Women’s Individual and Men’s Individual divisions, respectively.  The Teams division saw CrossFit East Nashville PRVN take the gold.

    2023 CrossFit North American East Semifinal Results

    The Individual Semifinals compelled competing athletes to perform seven workouts during the contest. The results with the top 20 in each division are below:

    • May 26-28 — South America Semifinal | Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
    • June 1-4 — Europe Semifinal | Berlin, Germany
    • June 1-4 — Asia Semifinal | Busan, South Korea

    The 2023 Africa Semifinal also occurred over the weekend of May 19-21, 2023. The Individual divisions were won by Michelle Basnett and Jason Smith. The Teams division was won by CrossFit FBDV Mayhem Africa.
