College Football is in the air, well sort of. USA TODAY Sports recently released their top 25 rankings following spring football. This list is a who’s who among the top brands in college football at the very top. It begins with a team that won two of the last three CFP national championships.

If it weren’t for the Alabama Crimson Tide, we could have seen three straight national titles for Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs. Their lone loss came to the Tide in the SEC title and UGA had to settle for New Year’s Six bowl berth where they took care of business against an under-manned Florida State Seminoles squad.

Behind Georgia, you will find the Texas Longhorns, Ohio State Buckeyes, Oregon Ducks, and Alabama to round out the top five. The SEC is well represented on this list with eight teams among the top 20. The Big Ten ended up with five representatives while the Big 12 matched that number with all of their teams landing outside the top 10. The ACC rounds out the Power Four with four teams led by the Clemson Tigers.

Here is a look at the top 25 by Paul Myerberg and Erick Smith released on Wednesday morning.

    Just missing the top 25:
